I liked 2 nights there. The property was clean and staff was very very nice. Booked a double room with a private safe, an electronic key card, and a work desk. The location of the hotel was marvellous, very close to temples...
Some of the staff were not always friendly.

The vibe here was family. The room was beautifully decorated and bright, with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe. The staff were fairly friendly and exceptionally friendly whole time of my stay. The location for Chiang Mai was particularly good and incredible, just off the main temples of Chiang Mai, centre on Sunday walking street and center.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old center with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Despite being so central, it was surprisingly quiet at night, allowing for a peaceful sleep. it was the ideal place to experience the charm of the city.
Nothing could have been better.

During my Easter trip, I had a great experience at this modern hotel. I loved the comfortable and well-decorated rooms. As a complimentary gesture, we received a fruit plate, which was a nice touch. The hotel is situated in the heart of the charming old town, making it a key location for exploring. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially to children.
The only downside was that there was no buffet breakfast and we were not informed of the basic free breakfast until the last day. Also, we weren't told about the option to use the washing machines.
